Consumer Reporting Compliance Associates provides pre-employment drug screening and background checks for customers nationwide.
CRCA’s services include a variety of screenings, including civil checks, motor vehicle checks, and criminal checks. Partnerships with thousands of clinics across the country make it easy for the company to facilitate drug testing, physical exams, or vaccines.
The company was founded in 2013 in California, but relocated to Boise in 2021. It remains completely based in the United States.
“Our values just seem to align better with those that are in Idaho, being a family-owned business, being a company that loves to give back to the community,” Vice President of Operations Jesus Munoz said. “It’s also just much more cost-effective to do business in Idaho than it is in California, and that’s allowed us to invest more money into our infrastructure and give our employees more tools to work with.”
